NHAC's first member and friends star party was held at the White Eagle Lodge, in Montgomery, Texas. The weather cooperated and treated about a dozen members and friends to beautiful skies and a beautiful site. Telescopes were present from binoculars to 18". Thanks to all the members for making this possible, but especially Dave Clark, Joe Wagner, and Bill Leach.

A delegation of Brazilian amateur astronomers recently visited Houston. Here they are with NHAC and JSCAS members.
