Saturn Rockets and Apollo History in March!

Posted on March 20, 2024 by Jamie

Our next meeting will be held at our new location on Friday, March 22 – Jack Fields Elementary school.

Read more about the location change here.

6:30 p.m. – Robert Brayton will give some great tips on Painless Astronomy Under $500 for novice astronomers

Grab your smart phone and join us for this informative FYI session!

7:30 p.m. – Main presentation by David Haviland: Saturn/Apollo History

Sit back, relax, and take in a deep dive historical perspective on the Saturn 1 and Saturn V that took us to the moon. It is David’s hopes that even Apollo trivia nuts and aficionados will learn at least one thing they didn’t know! No math, no complex equations – just hopefully a fun ride through Saturn/Apollo history!
