Extraterrestrial Ocean World in August!

Posted on August 12, 2024August 21, 2024 by Jamie

Come out to Jack Fields elementary school for our August meeting!

We are really looking forward to learning about the Europa Clipper Mission from Agnar Laerad Hall of NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Agnar will present an overview and status report of the mission – it is NASA’s first dedicated probe of an extraterrestrial ocean world! The presentation will begin at 7:30.

But first, at 6:30 Justin McCollum will present our monthly FYI session – viewing Saturn.

See you there and don’t forget to bring your favorite comfy folding chair (if you don’t want to sit at the elementary cafeteria lunch tables)!
